My primary focus is on creating learner-centered materials, rather than focusing on technology for its own sake. While I can use visual elements to enhance the appeal of my training materials, my ultimate goal is to use them effectively to motivate learners and clarify complex concepts and procedures.

I believe in building a strong foundation of knowledge, but I am also constantly seeking out new and innovative ways to make my courses more engaging and effective at helping people learn. This, in turn, can help strengthen your organization.

In addition to my focus on learner-centered design and the use of 3D visuals to enhance learning, I also place a strong emphasis on the importance of a holistic approach to creating effective training materials.

 

This includes the use of storyboarding and prototyping to plan out and test the overall structure and content of projects, as well as conducting user beta-testing to gather pre-implementation feedback and make any necessary adjustments. By taking this comprehensive approach, along with thorough analysis and evaluation, I'm able to ensure that every project I work on meets the specific needs of my clients and their learners.

I understand that the importance of training is not just about its appearance, but also about achieving the desired outcomes for the organization. In most cases, it is not just about what employees know, but how effectively they can apply that knowledge to their work.

While I recognize that there are situations where merely recalling information is sufficient, I am also capable of designing instruction that targets higher levels of learning, such as application and analysis.
